Atom Boys Sort-out Session

Atom Boys sort-outs will take place on 18 October from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at Jack Donahue Public School in Morgan's Grant.  The sort-outs will take place in two sessions:

9 - 10:30     Players born in 2004
10:30 - 12   Players born in 2003

Parents are to remind all players that this is not a try-out; all players will be placed on a house league team.  This sort-out is simply to assess all players in an attempt to create well balanced and fair teams.

All practices will take place Monday-Thursday evenings.  Friday evenings are reserved for Selects which will be explained at the sort-out session.  Games will take place Saturday mornings from 8:45 am - 1:45 pm.  Practice and game schedules will be posted on the website once all teams are formed.

I would like to hear from all parents that are interested in coaching or volunteering as an assistant coach.  Returning coaches are especially welcome.  Any interested parties should email me at atomboysconvener@kanatabasketball.ca.  All other parents should expect to offer assistance as timers/scorekeepers from time to time.

With your help the 2014-15 basketball season should be a fun and enjoyable time.  I look forward to seeing you all in a couple of weeks.
