The  Kanata Youth Basketball Association (KYBA) is a non-profit association and member association of Ontario Basketball and through Ontario Basketball to Basketball Canada.


The KYBA offers recreational and competitive basketball for children and youth ranging in age from 5 to 18 years of age. The association was founded in 1988's to grow the sport of basketball in the nation's capital. Over 30,000 youth players have participated in KYBA programs, and in that same time, over 2,500 volunteer coaches and executives have contributed their efforts to growing basketball in Ottawa.

We provide well-organized schedules so players and families can plan ahead with confidence. All league games and program sessions follow a structured calendar.
